Tango Tina

1 1/2 oz Vodka, chilled (Van Gogh, Ketel One, or Stoli)
3/4oz Tango Cream,* chilled
Hersheys Special Dark Syrup
50% mixture of cinnamon and brown sugar

Rim your martini glass with dark syrup and then the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture. Mix vodka and Tango Cream* together, then shake and strain into glass. Cheers!
