1/2 banana (peeled and pureed)
1 oz Meyer rum
2 oz Okoa Peppermint Liqueur

Blend all ingredients and serve in Martini glass. Garnished with a split banana slice. Drizzle banana slice with rum and ignite before serving. Opa!
