This traditional Bordeaux blend is 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.  It has a deep and intense dark red color.  On the nose it is spicy with light notes of wood.  A nice balance for this intense, concentrated and gourmet wine.  The first taste offers ripe fruits, almost jammy (strawberry, plum and blackcurrant).  Nice notes of wood, vanilla and caramel and a long, persistent finish. The tannins are silky and elegant.  Enjoy with grilled steak or warm chocolate tart.  Has the aging potential of 15 years but ready to drink for the amateurs of wine offering freshness and a lot of fruit aromas.
