This sweet Cabernet is ruby red in color.  A very aromatic wine of currants, black pepper, cherries and wild berries.  A fruity wine with a hint of oak and a juicy balance between the sweetness and acidity.   Enjoy slightly chilled.  The ideal complement to strong meat dishes such as goulash, chili or spicy meatballs, or even with coq au vin - especially when used in the cooking too.
